Jaye Quadrozzi joined the firm Young & Associates in 2007 and is now a shareholder in the firm Young, Garcia & Quadrozzi. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner in the law firm of Katten Muchin & Zavis in Chicago, Illinois and previously an associate at both the Chicago and Los Angeles offices of Kirkland & Ellis. Ms. Quadrozzi focuses exclusively on complex commercial litigation, with a strong focus in intellectual property, including patent, trade secret and copyright infringement matters. She regularly counsels clients on strategic intellectual property management and oversees responsibilities for numerous multi-million dollar cases. Ms. Quadrozzi has significant first and second chair trial experience, litigating in numerous state and federal courts all over the country.
Ms. Quadrozzi is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a major in philosophy, and of the University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Quadrozzi is a member of the Michigan, Illinois, and California state bars, and has been admitted to numerous federal courts including the Eastern District of Michigan, the Northern District of Illinois, the Northern and Southern Districts of California and the Southern District of New York.
Appointments
In 2013, Ms. Quadrozzi was appointed by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners as their representative to the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority Board. The HCMA Board is charged with overseeing the regional park system of Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Livingston and Washtenaw counties, consisting of 13 beautiful parks covering 25,000 acres, ten public golf courses and two marinas.
In 2019, Jaye was appointed by the Oakland County Executive to serve on the Board of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA). GLWA was formed in 2014 as an outgrowth of the Detroit bankruptcy matter (in which Jaye represented Oakland County). GLWA provides nearly 40% of Michigan s population with quality water as well as effective wastewater services to nearly 30% of the state.
